The engineering manager will be responsible for capital planning with a corporate staff of 3 process and 3 project engineers. Delegation, accountability and team work are key. You will direct and coordinate activities of the engineering department to design, manufacture and test components, products and systems. You should have a Masters degree or 4-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. You must be proficient in AutoCad, Excel, Word, Outlook and AS400.
